10th Anniversary Celebrations
St.Gregorious Malankara Orthodox Syrian Chruch celebrated 115th memorial feast of St.Gregorios and 10th Church anniversary on Nov 25th, 2017. Holy Qurbana was celebrated in the auspicious presence of H.G.Dr.Mathews Mar Thimothios, Rev.Fr.Mathew Varghese and Rev.Fr.Wilson Abraham. Church commemorated St.Gregorious (Parumala Thirumeni) through Prayers with incense (Dhoopa Prathana) closing the Qurbana prayers followed by blessed food offerings and benediction.

Guests, invitees, church members gathered for the public meeting which was presided by our vicar Rev.Fr.Mathew Varghese. Members from the sister churches Syro Malankara Catholic church, St.Marys Syrian Orthodox church, Marthoma Congregation attended the function. The 10th anniversary celebration was officially opened by lighting the lamp by our Diocesan Metropolitan H.G.Dr.Mathews Mar Thimothios. Rev.Fr.Koshy from Mathoma congregation shared a thought provoking and insightful Jubilee message. Rev.Fr.Wilson Abraham and Rev.Fr.Hieronimus Kwure representing Katholische Kirche, Fruenfeld wished the church and its members on this auspicious milestone.

Cultural programs were performed by the church spiritual groups. Church members 60 years and above were honoured by shawl for their contribution to the church. The celebration culminated with blessings followed by refreshment for the guests and the laity.
